What we’re exploring
Statement one-pieces for men, built around Kalm King’s black-and-gold identity.
Why it matters
We want the ease of a one-piece with a presence that feels right beyond the workshop or a themed night out. We’re developing pieces that feel intentional and let the man wearing them stay himself. A statement piece doesn’t have to shout.
What we’ll test
- Fit on real bodies. Does it work across different builds, standing, sitting and moving?
- Materials. Does it feel substantial without feeling stiff?
- The details. Do they hold up to everyday wear and still look considered up close?
- Range. Can one piece be styled more than one way?
What happens next
Next come physical samples and fit testing. We’ll share what we learn and what changes along the way.
